Twisted Sodas, Sante Adarius pairs with Companion Bakery

Check out these amazing sodas from Three of a Kind that will be showcased at Twisted...  apple/salted lemon, strawberry/jalapeno and cucumber/ginger.

And Companion and Sante have revealed their collaborations... 

Twisted pastry:
a fun twist on the Kouign Amann, a classic Breton pastry with crisp, chewy layers of caramelized dough and rich salted butter. 

Paired with Appreciation--Saison aged in red wine barrels with boysenberries. Tart, fruity, with nice notes from the wood. Brilliant red in color.

Brewer's Loaf- a twisted sourdough with flavors of "Donna's Blend" from Sante Adairiius ...flaked wheat stout, coffee & chocolate 

Paired with Donna's Blend-- Flaked wheat stout with Verve coffee and serano chiles. Balance of roasted coffee and chocolate notes with medium heat from the peppers.
